The Quality Inn offered a great experience for my business trip. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, which added convenience to my stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausages, and fresh fruit. Additionally, the staff was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

i really liked the outdoor swimming pool and the 24-hour fitness center. it’s nice that there are so many fast food options nearby, like mcdonald's and taco bell, which made it easy to grab a quick bite. the amenities here are definitely a plus.

The continental breakfast was surprisingly vast—fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, and more. The cleanliness of the room added to my comfort during the stay.

However, the WiFi connection was weak and spotty, making it difficult to work remotely. I was also disturbed by noise from the street outside at night.

my stay was wonderful as i easily explored beautiful parks like sweetwater marsh, just a short walk away, and enjoyed the proximity to chula vista bayside park, perfect for relaxing strolls by the water.

Stayed here with the kids baseball team. Paid way too much for a sketchy area. Our room had these cockroaches, yikes! The bathtub looked like it was painted white and the paint was chipping off. Also, the fridge stunk. Waffles were good, though, and that’s about it.

The lack of free transportation adds a significant cost, and it's frustrating trying to reach the front desk by phone. Upon arrival, the rooms were not available until check-in time, even for elite members. The room had wet carpet and a lingering odor, and cleanliness was severely lacking with a dirty sink. Checkout was troublesome, as the office was closed during early morning hours, making it hard to get a receipt.

dining area felt a bit cramped during busy hours. The food itself was satisfactory, including pastries and eggs. However, I felt the layout could be improved for a more comfortable experience.
